The year is certainly well on its way and if any of those new year health resolutions are starting to slip(or have been completely abandoned) maybe its time to get back on the wagon. The best and quickest way i’ve found to do that is to start a detox. It doesn’t have to be radical. Just start with eliminating all processed foods and replacing with fresh vegetables, fruits, whole ancient grains and lean proteins with a ratio of 80% raw to 20% cooked. Filtered water, green smoothies and an alkalising green superfood powder(spirulina, chlorella, barley grass, etc) will also help tremendously.
Colonics are an important adjunct if you want to make it a thorough detox with reduced detox symptoms. Remember the quicker you can eliminate the waste and toxins that are being liberated during the cleansing process the less you’ll experience ‘detox’ reactions.
